Welcome Participants! Thank you for registering to our Regional Dialogue Series. We are looking forward to creating space on working collaboratively across sectors, geographies, and types of organizations to support those affected and to mitigate impacts on workplaces. Please read below to learn more about the details of the afternoon.

To enhance security and privacy, entry to the series is by registration only. Please use the email you registered with. When joining the Zoom meeting, you will be placed in a waiting room until the meeting room opens at the start time of the series. Your video and audio feeds will be turned off when you join. Please feel free to enable the audio and/or video feeds as when participation is required, and you are comfortable.
We would like to have small and large group discussions during this seminar. We will provide several additional ways for participants to participate.
1. Breakout rooms will be used for small group discussions. There will be notetakers who will be recording for the purpose of report backs in the larger discussion group, and for a post-conference report of themes to our funders and attendees.
2. Participants will be able to send comments via the Chat function in Zoom to the facilitator(s) and/or to class participants during the seminar.
3. Participants will be able to provide input during the meeting by responding (anonymously) to any poll questions presented.
Online Participant Guidelines
CREVAWC is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive virtual dialogue series. This guideline applies to dialogue series organizers, speakers, and participants within the series, in addition to communications pertaining to the session (e.g. on social media).
There is no place at this series for harassment or intimidation based on race, religion, ethnicity, language, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, appearance, or other group status.
CREVAWC reserves the right to remove anyone who engages in harassing behaviour from the series. If you notice this behaviour, please report it by either sending a Zoom chat to CREVAWC Tech.
Audio and visual recordings of the Forum are not allowed.
In breakout rooms, we would additionally request that you:
· Mute your microphone when you are not speaking
· Allow speakers to express themselves without interruption
· Show respect for others in your verbal and non-verbal communications
